Terms of Service

Adcraftiv provides digital marketing services including SEO, Local SEO, video editing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and website design. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for your project will be set out in a proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with you before work begins.

Any estimates regarding performance (such as traffic, rankings, leads, or ad results) are projections only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including search engine algorithms, platform policies, and market conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting enquiries or onboarding with us.

You agree to provide timely access to the assets we need to deliver the work, including website access, ad accounts, brand assets, feedback, and approvals.

You confirm that you own or have the rights to use all materials (text, images, videos, logos, trademarks) you provide to us, and that our use of them in your campaigns will not infringe any third-party rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information we publish on your behalf (e.g. Google Business Profile details, ad copy claims, and compliance with your local advertising laws).

Fees are quoted in the currency agreed with you (INR, GBP, USD, or AED depending on your region) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Unless otherwise agreed, recurring services (such as SEO or ad management retainers) are billed monthly in advance. One-time projects may require an upfront deposit, with the balance due as per the agreed milestones.

Late payments may result in the suspension of ongoing work and services. You remain liable for all fees incurred up to the date of suspension.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google are separate from our service fees and are paid directly by you or as agreed in writing.

Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. Adcraftiv is not liable for account restrictions, disapprovals, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

All content, strategies, processes, and materials created by Adcraftiv remain our property until full payment is received, upon which the final deliverables created specifically for your project become yours.

We retain the right to reuse general know-how, tools, and non-confidential elements developed during the engagement, and to display your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information (including business data, strategies, pricing, and performance metrics) private and use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adcraftiv's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Either party may terminate a recurring engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or request work that is unlawful or violates third-party platform policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
